The Kids Christian Appalachia Project (KidsCAP) is a new mission opportunity serving under the ministry of Christ-Centered Solutions. Its goal is to support needy children by providing essentials like food, clothing, school supplies, and kid-friendly Bible-based programs.
Founded by Joyce and Octavio Fragoso, the project focuses on McDowell County, WV, one of the neediest counties in the U.S. With guidance from Dr. Rod West and Christ-Centered Solutions, the Fragosos are working to build relationships with local churches, businesses, and suppliers to meet the various needs of McDowell County and southern West Virginia.
Joyce states, "Octavio and I want to express our deep gratitude to our friend and Pastor, Rod West. His support and guidance in helping us make KidsCAP's mission a reality are such a blessing. Through Pastor Rod and Christ-Centered Solutions, we have received valuable instruction on how to move forward as missionaries. Again, we are so thankful for Pastor Rod's care and encouragement."
Joyce and Octavio would greatly appreciate your prayers for this new mission. As they seek to help meet the physical and spiritual needs of the poverty-stricken children in McDowell County, they are trusting God for guidance and are depending on the generosity of others like you.

A KIDSCAP CHRISTMAS
Christmas is almost here, and KidsCAP is joyfully preparing to share the love and warmth of the season!
Our mission this year is to bless over 100 children in McDowell County, WV, with a brand-new coat and a special toy for Christmas. During our second mission trip, December 13–14, we’ll celebrate with a heartwarming Christmas party featuring the story of Jesus’ birth, music, crafts, pizza, and sweet treats. As the children enjoy the festivities, their parents will secretly select gifts from their wish lists to make this Christmas truly memorable.
